Chef Cynthia Verna, better known as “Chef Thia” is a culinary expert specializing in gourmet Caribbean-fusion cuisine. She is a dynamic and accomplished chef known for infusing Caribbean, African, Latin, Asian, French and Mediterranean flavors into her Haitian fine dining repertoire.
She went on to graduate Cum Laude from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute in Miami, Florida. She has been affiliated with two Ritz Carlton franchises, and now operates a private catering service called Chef Thia’s Cuisine. She has been a chef ambassador representing Haitian cuisine, presenting in a various amount of renown culinary events throughout the states and worldwide ie.
