Chef Rama

Chef Rama comes from a family that shares in a love for food. His uncle, who is of Japanese descent, headed one of the best restaurants in Miraflores and Rama had the fortune of working along his side and learning about Peruvian gastronomy. Rama’s culinary passion led him to various countries, amongst which are Brazil, Bolivia, Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Paraguay and the United States. As a chef he has now developed his own specialty, “Organic and Vegetarian Peruvian Style”
